All of our items are handmade – this is what makes them 100% unique. As a result there may be slight imperfections. These irregularities are what makes them special and sets them apart from other products.
All of our deliveries are tracked. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you do not receive your item due to incorrect address entry you will be responsible for re-shipping cost.
Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when it is being delivered. Package theft is not covered with shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.
Sales and Coupons
Discounts from sales and coupons are valid only during the specified period (if applicable). Discount applies to goods only and excludes shipping costs.
All of the bubble wrap and cardboard we use in our packaging is made from recyclable materials.
Shipping to US and Worldwide
Since the event of COVID-19 shipping outside of Europe has become extremely expensive. As a result we have been forced to increase the cost on our delivery profiles.
Any insects preserved in resin have been ethically sourced in their current state. We do not capture live insects, nor do we condone the capture and preservation of live insects.
